Main responsibilities
Standardize O&M methodologies across countries;
Research and create best practices and procedures for O&M;
Conduct audits and reviews of underperforming/excessive assets;
Identify problems and develop corrective action plans;
Support in the scheduling and execution of preventive and predictive maintenance;
Travel to project sites and supplier sites to coordinate all aspects of installation, repair, maintenance, supervision and on-site modifications;
Provide timely field operation review reports, status and with constructive feedback;
Take responsibility for all necessary repairs, maintenance and monitoring of all warranty claims.
Valued Skills
Degree in Energy, Electrical Engineering or related areas;
5+ years of experience in a similar role preferably in the solar energy sector;
Proven experience in PV projects, PV O&M, supply chain, HSE management;
In-depth knowledge of solar photovoltaic systems and electrical systems;
Knowledge of battery storage system will be an added advantage;
Work at height certification, if applicable;
Knowledge of programming will be an added advantage;
Willingness to work on site and perform office tasks;
Willingness to travel abroad for short periods of time;
Sense of ownership, pride in their performance and impact on the success of the company;
