Main responsibilities
Analyze in detail O&M contracts (internal and external);
Maximize the operational and financial performance of assets and minimize risks, both financial and reputational;
Standardize requirements for external O&M contracts;
Review insurance policies and promote standardization of requirements;
Management of contracts and services in accordance with company policies;
Preparation and negotiation of contract terms and conditions;
Assisting with the drafting of various contracts;
Ensure that all contractual documentation is up to date;
Ensure that contracts are in line with company policies and procedures;
Inform internal and external stakeholders about the status of contracts;
Investigate and resolve contractual issues;
Support, where necessary, in the resolution of legal disputes;
Valued Skills
Degree in Energy, Electrical Engineering, Finance, Management or related fields;
3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the solar energy sector;
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong computer skills;
Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills;
Team spirit;
Ability to work well under pressure;
Highly developed attention to detail;
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment;
Ability to deal effectively with confidential information.
